Black screen

Obi-Wan is laying on a sleep couch in a room definitely not in the Temple, about 13 years old. Suddenly, he shrieks, eyes open wide. His door, an old-fashioned one, slams open, and a dark shadow appears in the doorway. He scrambles backwards until his back is against the wall, one arm raised in defense. He is plainly terrified.

(vo) Qui-Gon: I feel the Jedi have failed Obi-Wan Kenobi, and I do not like the feeling.

Screen goes black

Obi-Wan lays on a white rug, illuminated by the rising sun. He is sleeping, hair messed and undertunic disheveled. Qui-Gon walks by, pauses, and goes back. There is a burn across Obi-Wan's stomach, obviously from a lightsaber. Brow furrowed, Qui-Gon continues to where he was going.

(vo)Yoda: Trust you, he does not?
(vo)Qui-Gon: Not completely, and only in some things. In this... I don't know if he ever will, without help.

Screen goes black

Obi-Wan sits in grass, under a large shade tree. He is sunburned, but looks healthier than he had before. His fingers twist the grass. Qui-Gon sits before him, patient. "Is something wrong?" he asks. Obi-Wan lunges at him, pins him down, and strikes, hitting the Master once in the chin and twice in the chest. Qui-Gon catches his wrists, wrenches him sideways, and pins him down with his own body.

(vo)Qui-Gon: To do that is to abandon and deny everything that a Jedi is and stands for.

Screen goes black

Obi-Wan is on his back, lightsaber ignited and held in front of his face. Another lightsaber bears down on his, and he tilts his lightsaber down so the other 'saber slides off and gouges the floor. The other lightsaber raises for a strike, and Obi-Wan suddenly slides away and slams into booted feet. He frantically deactivates his lightsaber and starts to get to his feet, eyes down the hall. As the camera pans, it becomes obvious that Obi-Wan is in the Temple.

Qui-Gon Jinn faces off against a Foilani Jedi, his back to Obi-Wan, obviously defending him from the other Jedi, who keeps trying to get past him.

(vo)Woman: I will make sure you do not destroy us.
