Author's Notes: This was one of my hardest prompts. Sorry if it doesn't quite work.

It was less a triangle and more a pyramid, Cloud decided as he rode back to Tifa, Marlene curled up and sleeping in front of him on Fenrir. He knew it - somehow - but couldn't seem to quite grasp it, what it meant.

The three brothers - the best word to describe them, although they really weren't - were three edges of a sharp instrument, designed to bore into his life and the planet he lived on, to destroy it.

There was more, much more, but he couldn't see the whole picture.

He didn't know if he couldn't see it, or refused to.
